It's a shame how low we've come when members of congress interrupt a president of the United States while they are delivering a State of the Union address. Such breaches of congressional decorum started during the Obama administration when a Republican shouted out during the President's speech. Yesterday the incivility continued with Marjorie Taylor Green.
